Delivery and return
We will ship the goods within 1-3 days after payment for the goods. (in Estonia)
Purchases over 60 € Free delivery within Estonia if you choose Venipak courier delivery method, Smartpost delivery fee is 3 €
Buyer can choose between delivery methods:
1. Pick up the goods from our shop at Riia mnt 43, Pärnu - free delivery to your home in Pärnu
2. ItellaSmartPost* parcel terminal - shipping less than 15 € worth of cart 3 €, shipping cart worth over 15 € cost 3.60 €-4.80 (in Estonia)
3. Venipak Courier - shoping cart value of up to 60 € shipping fee is 4,80 €, shoping cart 60 € and the more will be delivered free of charge. (in Estonia)
4. Finland - Package up to 29kg, to Itella parcel point or home delivery by Bring courier 7.90 €
5. Shipping of packages up to 30 kg to Latvia - 4 €, shipping to Lithuania - 6 € , other EU countries you can ask price info@bluepetfood.eu
Delivery time to Latvia is 24-48h, Lithuania 48-72h
* Selecting the SmartPost parcel delivery system, may not deliver your goods within 24 hours.
If the parcel stays in the parcel machine for 7 days and arrives back at our warehouse, then sending the same parcel again costs 4 € in Estonia, Finland 7.90€ .
Also applies to courier shipments.
Returns
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract entered into in the Online Shop without giving any reason within 14 days.
The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the date of physical possession of the Goods by the Purchaser or a third party other than the carrier designated by the Purchaser.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be informed of its decision to withdraw from the Sales Agreement by a written application to be submitted to the Seller's representative office or by email.
Returned goods must be undamaged. The cost of returning shall be borne by the buyer.
The purchase amount will be returned to the customer's account within 7 days after the goods reach the seller's warehouse.
